Genre films directed by women with release dates in 2019

I compiled a list of horror, science fiction, action, and thriller films directed by women that are set for release in 2019. Not all the films have release dates yet, so please check the IMDB pages for more updates.

I’m sure there are more genre films by women coming out this year, please let me know and I’ll either do a new post or update this one. If you’re a woman who directed or wrote a film coming out this year – regardless of genre or running time – definitely let me know and I’ll be happy to include it.

Update, 1/18: I created a list on Letterboxd for this. Find and like it here.
